These terms govern use of the Seartive website. Specific paid project work is governed by the written proposal, scope, statement of work, invoice, contract or other agreement accepted for that engagement.

Seartive provides digital strategy, marketing, UI/UX design, website and application development, integrations, cloud and related technology services. Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, ownership and support obligations are defined separately for each project.

3. Proposals and Estimates

Website descriptions are general. Any estimate, timeline or technical approach may change after requirements are reviewed. A project begins only after the applicable commercial and scope terms are accepted.

4. Intellectual Property

Seartive website content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project-specific intellectual-property rights are governed by the applicable project agreement.

5. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party platforms, libraries, APIs, payment services, cloud providers or other tools. Availability, terms, pricing and performance of those third parties are outside Seartive's direct control.

6. No Warranties
